Large sums of data are often uninviting and easily looked past, so the City of Calgary decided it was best to produce an infographic to give a snapshot of 1.2M citizen’s opinions collected in the 2013 Citizen Satisfaction Survey. In the end, it’s an eye-catching invitation for the engaged and disengaged alike to dig in and find out more about the City’s performance.
All said and done I’m 93% satisfied with how it turned out … which is pretty dang satisfying.
